Big News for the HIllbilly Arm Drop Dragz
Prestonsburg Motorsports has been granted exclusive use of Combs Airport by the Airport Board. A contract was signed by representatives of both groups Monday. The agreement states that Prestonsburg Motorsports is given rights to all airport property , including the FBO building for the HIllbilly Arm Drop Dragz events for 10 years beginning in 2015, with an automatic renewal at the end of the term. In attendance for this momentous occasion was Prestonsburg Mayor Jerry Fannin, Paintsville Mayor Bob Porter, Airport Board Chairman Larry Short, Prestonsburg Motorsports Chairman Grady Underwood and Hillbilly Arm Drop Drags Event Coordinator Kent Rose. Both groups are excited about the future and understand the impact the event has on our area. What a great day for the two cities and our entire region!
